Fit at a Glance
- Fit: Runs true to your odd size (boutique sizing). Your odd size is one down from your usual even size, so a women's 8 is a 7/28. That's not sizing down; they're the same size.
- Rise: Mid rise (about 9.5") through high rise (about 10.5"–12"). Rise grows slightly as sizes go up and varies by style.
- Inseam: About 26"–30" for crop and ankle styles, 31"–33" for full-length flares and wide legs. Check each listing for the exact inseam.
- Fabric: Most styles are soft stretch denim (cotton blends with 1.5%–2% spandex). A few styles are rigid or 100% cotton; see Fit Tips.

Risen plus sizes run 1X–3X (not W sizes). Choose them by your waist measurement.
How to Measure
- Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your natural waist, usually just above your belly button. Keep the tape snug but not tight.
- Hip: Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat.
- Inseam: Measure a pair of jeans you love from the crotch seam down the inside of the leg to the hem.

Fit Tips
- Stretch styles: Stay with your true odd size for an easy, comfortable fit.
- Want a closer fit? If you don't carry weight in your tummy or prefer jeans snug, you can size down one in sizes 0–15.
- Rigid or 100% cotton styles: Size up one for waist comfort. These soften with wear but won't stretch like stretch denim.
- Between sizes? Go by your waist for high-rise styles, and by your hip for straight and skinny legs.
- Read each listing's fit notes. Rise and inseam are listed per style, and some styles run differently.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, accessories, or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Denial of Return
Please note, if an item is returned via mail and found to NOT be as outlined above (i.e. without tags attached, stained, torn, washed, etc.) the item with only be returned to sender/customer at their shipping expense and will be denied credit or exchange.
